FACT #1 : How many residents in the Town of Uxbridge, the local fire fighters and local police officers, who read the article in the Telegram & Gazette that fateful day back on Thursday, May 11, 2006 of the criminal charges pending against Mr. Baril on behalf being on the Board of Directors of Central MA Public Safety Assn Inc. then.....

FACT #2 : ONLY TO KNOW THAT THE ABOVE LETTER WRITTEN BY UXBRIDGE POLICE CHIEF FREITAS WAS INTENTIONALLY WRITTEN & PROVIDED TO TROOPER SANCHEZ AND HENCE BECAME "CRIMINAL EVIDENCE - EXHIBIT 1" USED TO CHARGE MR. BARIL WITH FOUR CRIMINAL OFFENSES.

CONCLUSION : A letter written on Town of Uxbridge letterhead (on behalf of a public safety official speaking for the Town of Uxbridge) wrote and signed his name to a letter knowing this document was to be used to charge Mr. Baril with criminal charges and also aid to his personal benefit of conspiring in partnership with Trooper Sanchez of having the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) revoke and disban the non-profit corporation's issued "emergency disaster license plates" rightfully & unbiasly issued back in 1997. In addition as stated in Trooper Sanchez's 59-page police report, will be issued a cease & desist order and be put out of business immediately; which failed & never happened. But the damage was done and above is the factual proof of the police chief attempting to aid in criminally prosecuting a town resident.

ATTENTION

Uxbridge Court #1 and 2, it was brought to the court's attention both times of the two below letters written by two totally different agencies have the same identical wording. The attorney for Mr. Baril did ask the involved parties but no one could give any explanation?
