• 05/10/06 Trooper Sanchez: Secretary of Commonwealth - Public Records Division sends fax at 07:41am (2 hours & 19 minutes before Court #1) on Commonwealth of MA letterhead to Sanchez for him to use in Court against Mr. Baril. • 05/11/06 Richard Toman: Writes Letter on MSP Letterhead Complaining of CMPSA has failed to register with Tactical Operations as a search & rescue organization, states such registration aids in preventing those that committed criminal offenses are banned from any & all search & rescue related searches and often organizations (possibly CMPSA) state they contribute to emergencies when they have not {"It is possible that they (CMPSA) only exist on paper...}" Only search & rescue organizations are required to register; CMPSA never was one to begin with. MA Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV)-Boston Hearing RMV Documents Exposed

1) Exposed - Alleged Forged Documents...

2) Registrar's Office ever trick a Massachusetts citizen into signing a a voluntary Section 12 document so they can revoke your license plate(s) while your standing there? It's TRUE - a MA State Trooper puts this in writing to his Lieutenant commander via an Interoffice Memo, but provides it to Trooper Sanchez' who used it at Court #2 alleging Mr. Baril did not cooperate with the RMV trooper that attempted to convince him to seek mental health treatment all because another RMV employee asked him to come to Boston to pick up a license plate! Trooper Sanchez used this letter, which was mysteriously written & faxed to Trooper Sanchez for the July 12th RMV Revocation Hearing (which was postponed). That official State Police document was used as additional "Evidence" to help charge Mr. Baril but the judge felt the content of the letter was falsified as it didn't make logical sense.
